Meet our on-site leader

Carrington Hargrove, MSW, LCSWA
Fayetteville Site Manager
Carrington is a proud native of Wilson County with a lifelong dedication to helping others thrive. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Development and Family Science, from East Carolina University in May 2019. Driven by her passion for service and advocacy, she went on to obtain her Master’s in Social Work from Howard University in May 2022. Carrington joined Carolina Outreach in August 2024 and has since been promoted twice, a testament to her leadership, clinical skill, and commitment to excellence. While she has always had a strong passion for working with adolescents, Carrington has grown especially fond of supporting individuals across the lifespan who are navigating complex mental health and substance use challenges. Her clinical interests include trauma-related concerns, severe mental illness, and substance use treatment, and she takes pride in helping clients build resilience and lasting change. Outside of her professional role, Carrington enjoys continuing her education and expanding her skill set to better serve others. She remains deeply committed to making a positive impact—one person, one family, and one community at a time.
