Latoya Davis, MSW, LCSWA
Fayetteville Site Manager
Latoya Davis is a NC native with humble beginnings from the surrounding area of Fayetteville. She has a passion for helping others and began her journey to obtain her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Fayetteville State University in 2016. She continued her education at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where she completed her Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree in 2018. Latoya has experience in providing community-based services to children and families with immediate needs. She began working at Carolina Outreach in 2020 as an Outpatient Therapist before making the transition to Community-Based Intake Coordinator in 2021. Now, as Latoya settles into her new role as Carolina Outreach Site Manager, she’s going to put forth every effort to continue to meet the community’s needs.
