Assertive Community Treatment Team Lead, Kinston Site

Ashley received her BSW degree with a minor in alcohol and drug studies and MSW degree with a substance abuse certificate from East Carolina University. Ashley has experience working with adults and children with mental health and substance abuse issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has provided OPT, IIH, and school-based mental health services. She joined Carolina Outreach in 2019 as an intern for the SAIOP program. She joined the ACT team as an SUD specialist in 2020 and eventually transitioned into her current role as the ACT team lead.
