Tracy Hydge, LCSW, LCAS

Smithfield Clinic Manager

Tracy received her bachelors of social work in 2014 and her masters of social work in 2016 from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Over the course of the next few years, she obtained her license as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and licensed clinical addiction specialist (LCAS) where she also holds certifications in CISM (critical incident stress management) and ASIST (applied suicide intervention skills training). Most of Tracy’s career has focused on community crisis intervention for those with mental health, substance use and/or developmental disabilities in rural areas of North Carolina. Through this experience, she developed a passion for working in high intensity situations, providing community education around suicide prevention, and helping other behavioral health professionals grow in their abilities to help those who are more vulnerable.
