Also the location of our Behavioral Health Urgent Care office. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 919-251-9009 for immediate assistance.

Leigh Strube, MSW, LCSW

Durham Site Manager

Leigh received her BA in Communication Disorders from NCSU in 1999 and her Masters of Social Work from UNC Chapel Hill in 2013. Most of Leigh’s clinical practice experience has been within the field of mental health providing community-based care. She attained full licensure as a licensed clinical social worker in 2015.

Leigh believes that more is needed to address the disparities in health that impact so many in our community and that access to effective care makes a real difference in the lives of the people we serve. She is committed to serving our community through whole person care and through improving access to evidenced based treatment. Some of the evidence-based practices that Leigh is trained in include Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Therapy, Eco Systemic Structural Family Therapy, and Family Centered Treatment. Leigh has a passion for clinical supervision and for developing high performing teams.

Robin Sartain, LCSW

Clinical Director of Child Services

Robin received her BA In English from SUNY Oneonta in 2001, and her MSW from UNC Chapel Hill in 2005. Robin worked for Durham County Child Protective Services from 2005-2007 and began her tenure with Carolina Outreach in 2007.  Robin has had multiple roles at Carolina Outreach, including Durham Site Manager, Intake and Assessment Manager, and IIH therapist. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and is also training to become a Certified Trainer Mentor in Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy. Her current role includes providing clinical supervision, overseeing IIH and FCT programing, as well as the Durham and Fayetteville sites.
