CARF ACCREDITATION
In compliance with NC DHHS requirements for providers of mental health services, Carolina Outreach has been surveyed and accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities), a national, independent, nonprofit standards organization.
CAROLINA OUTREACH, LLC, has met “internationally recognized standards of quality in the provision of outcomes-driven programs and services to enhance the lives of the persons served.” Carolina Outreach is accredited through February 2011, in the provision of the following services:
- Assessment & Referral: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents)
- Case Management/Services Coordination: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents)
- Intensive Family-Based Services: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents)
