Carolina Outreach is run by professionals who ensure that all clinicians and other workers strictly adhere to the codes of ethics governing the provision of mental health services. Additionally, Carolina Outreach, LLC is trained in and compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act; Public Law 104-191 (1996) and it's implementing regulations published at 45 CFR, 160.101-164.53.
